Mac Mail 10.6.x - 10.13.x Setup

If the "Welcome to Mail" window doesn't open automatically, then click on "File" and then "Add Account" On the next window, start typing in your account information:

Your full name
Email address: (This is your full email address)
Password: (This is your password you have setup with us)

Now if there is an option to "Automatically set up account" ...uncheck it and then click "Continue" It'll try to detect the correct settings for the account, but it'll fail and ask us to enter the rest of the settings.

On the "Incoming Mail Server" page, choose the account type: POP or IMAPServer Type: POP3 or IMAP

(POP3 downloads your emails off of our server and onto your computer. Any other device will not receive the new emails.)

(IMAP will only download a copy of what's on the server. All emails stay on the server until you specifically delete and purge them. This is useful to use if you have more than one device checking your email.)

Incoming Mail Server: choose your domain below

{WHC customers use: mail.whc.net

Hiline customers use: mail.hiline.net

EazeNet customers use: mail.eaze.net

TexasOnline customers use: mail.texasonline.net

USAonline customers use: mail.usaonline.net

BasinLink customers use: mail.basinlink.com

Caprok customers use: mail.caprok.net

PowrNet customers use: mail.powr.net}

User Name: This is usually just the beginning of your email address, but it *might* require your whole email address.

{e.g. - username or username@whc.net}

Password: yourpassword (This is the password you setup with us. You can not change your password here. If you want to change your password, call us and we'll change it together over the phone)

Click "Continue" It'll check the connection to our mail server and go to the next screen.

On this "Outgoing Mail Server" page, fill in the settings:

Hiline customers use: smtp.whc.net

EazeNet customers use: mail.eaze.net

TexasOnline customers use: mail.texasonline.net

USAonline customers use: mail.usaonline.net

BasinLink customers use: mail.basinlink.com

Caprok customers use: mail.caprok.net

PowrNet customers use: mail.powr.net}

Make sure "Use only this server" is checked

Now check "Use Authentication"
Username: yourusername
Password: yourpassword

Click "Continue", it'll now check the connection to the server. When it's done, click "Continue"

On this last page, make sure "Take account online" is checked and click "Create"

Your account is now fully setup on Mac Mail.
